We at SCICU need your help in updating your institution’s key contacts list. We have moved updating to an online form to make it easier for you. If you have any questions while you are working in the form, please call Shay West (803-687-1387).
Please note that all questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
For each leadership area, you will be asked if the position is currently staffed or vacant. If you select staffed, it will display a form for contact information. Because a number of SCICU member institutions have indicated they have more than one contact person for a key leadership area, we have added the ability for you to include a second person for a leadership area. If the position is not currently staffed, please click on the “vacant” selection and move on to the next leadership area.
In the event you cannot finish working with the form in one sitting, you have the ability to skip to the bottom of the form, save your file, and return to it later and complete. Please note that access to the form will close down at 5 p.m. on December 1.
Rest assured that all contact information is for internal SCICU use only. The contact information will be used to update our distribution lists for communicating important news and information to our 21 member colleges and universities.
